PCAOBA Florida CPA who has audited a number of Chinese companies has been censured by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and barred from being associated with any registered firm. Jay Charles Lake, 50, of Boca Raton, Fla,, and owner of Lake & Associates, can apply for reinstatement after three years.
