EisnerAmper Hires Partner in Litigation Services
Dana Smith, who provides expert witness services in intellectual property and complex commercial disputes, has joined EisnerAmper as a partner in the firm's Litigation Services practice. Her forensic accounting experience also includes assisting clients in post-acquisition disputes, fraud investigations, insurance claims and in performing contract compliance examinations.
Smith has consulted for clients in many sectors, including software, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, manufacturing, high technology, financial services and the service industry. Before joining EisnerAmper, she was a principal at ParenteBeard from February through August. She was previously a director at Pricewaterhousecoopers where she worked from January 1994 through February 2012.
