Withum Office Adds Silverman as Partner

Marc Silverman WithumSmith+Brown Marc Silverman has joined the Morristown, N.J., office of WithumSmith+Brown as a partner. With 22 years as a CPA, Silverman came to WS+B from his boutique firm,  MH Silverman and Associates, which provided specialized auditing services for athletes and the entertainment industry, which he founded in 2010.

Silverman will continue serving those clients under his new firm. He is a former audit partner with Ernst & Young. He has extensive experience in auditing financial statements, benefits plans, contract compliance, earn out agreements and internal controls. Marc is a certified public accountant and an associate member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
