Charles Lathrop, president and CEO of CompuPay, is leaving his jobs later this year. Lathrop held those positions with payroll provider before it and BenefitMall merged in May. Latrhop will remain as an advisor and investor.

When Lathrop leaves Todd Waletzki, chief operating officer, will assume the operations responsibility for BenefitMall's Third Party Administration services. Kathey Palmer, SVP of business developement, will now manage the After Payroll Services sales as well as Business Development and Mid Market Sales and report to EVP Mike Gomes. Gomes and Waletzki both will report to BenefitMall's CEO Bernard DiFiore.
