Block Names Small Business VP

 H&R Block has hired Ian Hardman as VP and general manager for small business. In his new job, Hardman will help Block grow its small business tax, bookkeeping and payroll services.

 Hardman was previously SVP and chief strategy officer for enterprise strategy for 1800Flowers.com from 2015 through 2018 and was VP and GM of hard goods for Fab. in 2014 and 2015.
