Mother, Daughters, Sentenced in ID Theft

A mother and two daughters in Montgomery, Ala., who were involved in using stolen identities to preparer phony tax returns, have drawn prison sentences. Barbara Murry and her daughters Yolanda Moses and Veronica Temple each drew a 57-month sentence and were ordered to pay restitution of $1.9 million. Douglas Murry received a 24-month sentence and was order to pay $142,038. Read more...
