Kirksey takes over the president's job from Bernard DiFiore who continues as chairman and CEO. The company says the moves are in anticipation of accelerate growth this year. Kirksey became CFO in December 1999. Besides overseeing financial, accounting, treasury, planning, marketing and administrative functions, he led strategic planning and acquisition strategy.
