Accounting firm Sikich has hired Rick Young as a senior director to lead it data and analytics practice. Sikich said services will include data governance and fluency, master data management, information management modernization, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence.

Vlorish has introduced a platform designed to enable freelances to manage personal and business finances.  Other likely users include solopreneurs, independent contractors, and employees with side hustles.

Qvinci Software has released any-day aligned weekly reporting in the Beta version of its P&L General Ledger Weekly Reporting. General availability is expected before January 31.
