Avalara has purchased Compli, a move which puts in the market for alcoholic beverage compliance. Based in Paso Robles, Calif, Compli markets compliance services, technology, and software to producers, distributors, and importers of alcoholic beverages in the United States.

ACL has acquired Rsam, a Secaucus, N.J.-based company, which marketsIT, vendor, and security risk management applications. Terms were not disclosed. ACL, whose products include audit management software, says the deal more than doubles its research and development capacity.

Intuit has launched what it describes as a Hispanic integrated marketing communications campaign. The campaign includes TV, radio, digital advertising, media partnerships and integrations, influencer programs and social media activations in English and Spanish.
