Automatic Data Processing, which has offered a limited test of a mobile application for its Run payroll system, is getting ready to make mobile applications available across its client base. Run was available for the iPhone and iPad, but will now be operating on the Blackberry and Android devices. Avalara has filled in a missing link in its list of connectors to accounting packages with the addition of a connector for Sage’s Peachtree line. The connector, which is beta testa, enables Peachtree users to utilize the functionality of the company's AvaTax sales and use tax software. The connector is expected to be available in 30 to 45 days.
