Iris Ltd., which has acquired practice and document management  packages in the United States in the last three years has acqured MyPay Solutions from Thomson Reuters. Terms were not disclosed.

The Internal Revenue Service has hired 4,000 additional customer service representatives this year. The agency said this month it intends to hire another 1,000 to help answer telephones—which have been understaffed in past years—and provide other services in the upcoming filing system.

 Bookkeep, which makes software for retail, restaurant, cannabis, and ecommerce businesses, has received $6.6 million in a seed+ round funding led by Fin Capital.
