Rippling Expands EOR Program 2

Rippling has expanded its Employer of Record program to eight new countries. The change is part of the latest monthly release of the office application.
With EOR, a user can establish a legal entity in a country outside the United States, giving the user the ability to hire and pay employees in other countries. The latest additions are Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Israel, New Zealand, the Philippines, Switzerland and Turkey.
In addition, Rippling is providing hourly workers with a weekly break down of pay on paystubs so they can see hours worked, including overtime, for each of the weeks included in the pay period.
Users can now down payroll comparison data as a CSV file. Rippling says it has also provided more efficient time-entry CSV imports for Time an Attendance since users can automatically reconcile timestamps based on the employee’s timezone and
filter down to a specific set of imported entries and delete only those

Accounting firm Armanino has been named Sage Intacct Partner of the Year. The firm’s honor was among several given to accounting firms as Sage announced awards for its Sage product lines, such as S100 and X3, and Intacct, its native cloud software.
QB Bookkeeping Cleanup Offered
Intuit is offering expedited cleanup services via QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping. A test was recently completed for the cleanup which is available within 30 business days for customers that purchase the bookkeeping application.
Intuit Posts 13.5-Percent Revenue Growth
A 28-percent rise in sales of QuickBooks Online helped Intuit to double-digit revenue growth for Intuit’s first quarter ended October 30. The software company this week reported a nearly 3.5-percent rise in net income on a 13.-5 percent increase for the most recently ended period.
NetSuite Revamps Accountants' Programs
Oracle NetSuite has put a new face on its program for accountants as it continues to stress reaching small and medium-sized businesses. The new Suite Accountants program was designed to bring its efforts in the accounting channel under one umbrella.
QBO Advanced Training Started
Intuit has introduced a specialty training course for QuickBooks Online Advanced. The course is within ProAdvisor Training in QuickBooks Online Accountant.
Xero North American Subs up 17 Percent
Xero had 251,000 subscribers in North America when the first half ended on June 30, the cloud software company said this month. That was an increase of 17 percent over a year earlier and compared to a 15.8-percent increase in subscriptions worldwide.

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting has added CCH Axcess AutoCheck to its online tax and accounting software platform. The new module is designed for preparers of financial statements.
Fleszar Named SafeSend’s CEO
Scott Fleszar, a long-time Thomson Reuters executive, has been named CEO of SafeSend. Fleszar has been chief operating and strategy officer since November 2019. Fleszar’s appointment was effective immediately.
Deadline Shifts Thomson Tax and Accounting Revs
The postponement of the income tax filing deadline helped the top line for Thomson Reuters Tax & Accounting for the third quarter ended September 30. However, currency changes meant the $165 million for the most recently ended period showed no growtheyear over year.
CPA Accused of Stealing from Elderly
A Brick Township, N.J.-based CPA and two others have been accused of stealing more than $1.5 million from two elderly siblings. Jeffrey Dampf, age 69, was unsuccessful in allegedly attempting to transfer another $500,000 from the clients’ accounts to his own.
