Patriot Software has added a permissions feature to its payroll software. The company said the recently introduced capability gives customers the ability to control access to sensitive payroll data.
Business owners, payroll admins, or accountant partners can assign access levels for an unlimited number of users. They can assign view-only capabilities for team members for payroll reports while administrators can process payroll and update employee information.
In addition, Patriot’s HR software customers can now assign manager permissions to view employee information and customers. The capability is expected to be added to the company’s time and attendance software soon.
