XCM Introduces Version 9.0
Customized status creation in XCM 9.0 from XCM Solutions gives firms greater flexibility in defining individual workflow steps according to their established procedures. The new version also has greater intelligent automation within the extension process for managing large numbers of extensions in bulk.
There are more comprehensive knowledge management capabilities, including information on checklists and within issues/points, questions, and instructions while usability enhancements on the My View page gives users more control over individual work management. Additional automation on the digital routing sheet lets firms designate linked Web pages and files from integrated document management systems to automatically carry forward to the next period.
