Accounting CS Payroll Links to SwipeClock

Louie Calvin, Thomson ReutersThomson Reuters has integrated its Accounting CS Payroll with SwipeClock. SwipeClock provides, cloud-based time and attendance products with the integration able to deliver an array of punch data automatically to the payroll package for processing.

Data is collected via different clock options with SwipeClock providing support for remote work places, web interfaces and multiple hardware clock types.

He notes,"There are quite a few of our customers who have been using SwipeClock and they have had to export time and attendance information from SwipeClock and then import it into Accounting CS." He says the integration means that there is no need to rekey changes to employee data.

SwipeClock can track punches, job transfers, meals, breaks, overtime and schedules. It also provides a self-service portal for employees.

The company markets a Workforce Management Suite, incorporating its TimeWorks Plus which has capabilities such as time and attendance, balance and accruals, absence management and a new Workforce Performance Dashboard. The system includes TimeWorks Mobile. Also a part of the suite, TimeSimplicity offers workforce planning, advanced scheduling and employee communication.
