Xero is deepening the integration of its cloud software with major products and platforms. Those integrations include those with Google, Microsoft Office 365 and HubSpot, the company said recently.
Among those integrations is having customer contacts automatically synched between Xero and HubSpot’s CRM. In addition, Xero will be able to sync all customer and supplier contacts Google Sync and instantly update customer contacts from Xero to Outlook.
Also, Xero data can be used to create curated audience lists within Mailchimp marketing campaigns. The company said, “these new integrations are the first step in a series of changes Xero is working on to build deeper connections to the apps small businesses use the most every day.”
The company revamped its payments so users can pay and reconcile multiple bill payments using Pay with TransferWise, directly from Xero accounts. Among other enhancements is the easier setup for either card and Direct Debit payments and the ability to offer instalment payments for invoices in GoCardless for Xero. Users can also collect international recurring payments via Direct Debit.
