AccuFund Version 3.09 NonProfit Accounting

AccuFund LogoVersion 3.09 of the AccuFund Accounting Suite adds General Ledger Allocations and email capabilities to the Financial and Standard Report Writers while the Client Accounting module now includes Client Invoicing. The enhancements to the report writers mean users emailing reports directly from the system can break out a selected page or pages and automatically distribute them via email to selected recipients.

The Report Writer can also be utilized to send notices and statements to
vendors, customers and employees. Meanwhile, the new Allocations Module incorporates configurable allocations templates in which users simply
complete fields and create standard allocations forms. It is designed for organizations that require only basic capabilities and do not need to define complex, multi-step allocations.

Client Invoicing, an extension to the Client Accounting module, enables agencies to
establish levels of services or care associated with a client and then calculate charges and generate billing automatically.
