Xero says CFO Sankar Narayan will leave the New Zealand-based company in December. He will be replaced on October 1 by chief accounting officer, Kirsty Godfrey-Billy.

Liberty Tax has been granted an extended stay from a possible Nasdaq trading suspension. The company announced this week its stock will continue to trade on the exchange until a final determination is made by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel.

Paychex saw a 7-percent-revenue increase for the year ended May 31. Most of that came from a 14-percent rise in human resource revenue with the 2-percent increase in payroll revenue coming largely from price increases.
