A former Deloitte partner has been censured by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board and barred from associating with a registered firm. The PCAOB said Nathan Suddeth backdated documents in advance of one of its inspections two years ago.

The Tax & Accounting business of Thomson Reuters has acquired the continuing professional education and CPA test preparation division of Bisk Education. Terms were not disclosed.

Ray Barlow, a former VP at CCH, has joined Intuit as part of its Accountant and Advisor Group. Barlow this week took over the job within that group as senior strategic account leader.
