Delois Warren, a tax preparer based in Greensboro, Ala., has been barred from preparing federal tax returns for others by a federal court. Paychex has appointed Sanjay Hiranandani as VP of information technology operations. He was most recently SVP and chief technology officer of the former PAETEC Holding Corp., which was acquired earlier this month by Windstream. He reports to Michael Gioja, SVP of IT, product management and development, who was promoted to his position in July.
