Monroe was most recently chief resources officer at US Food from 2015 through August 2017. Before that, she worked at Target from 2001 through 2015. In her final position there, she was SVP of HR for Target Canada from 2011 through 2015.

Block Names HR Chief
H&R Block has named Tiffany Scalzitti Monroe as its new chief people officer, effective March 5. She will have responsibility for organizational and performance management, talent development and on- and off-boarding Block’s tax season workforce.
