Sikich Names Director of HR Advisory Services

Sikich has hired Dave McKeon as managing director of the firm's human resources advisory services. His responsibilities include helping clients with “the development and implementation of talent solutions.”

The firm says McKeon’s experience includes improving efficiencies in recruitment, compliance, compensation, talent management and performance management. From October 2019 through January, McKeon was managing director of HR Consulting Services for Executive Coaching Connections. Before that, he was HR Consulting practice leader for Advanced Resources from July 2016 through October 2019. He was previously SVP of HR for Stericycle from December 2014 through February 2016.

He is known throughout the industry for his depth of knowledge and for his high journalistic standards.  Scott has made frequent appearances as a speaker, moderator and panelist and events serving tax and accounting professionals. He  has a strong background in computer journalism as an editor with two former trade publications, Computer+Software News and MIS Week and spent several years with weekly and daily newspapers in Morris County New Jersey prior to that.  A graduate of Indiana University with a degree in journalism, Bob is a native of Madison, Ind
