A former partner at PKF Pacific Hawaii has been sentenced to 20 years for stealing more than $400,000 from his firm. Oki was found guilty of ongoing theft through falsifying expenses to finance a lavish life style.

Intuit has hired Diego Rodriguez as EVP, chief product and design officer, a newly created position. Rodriguez will be responsible for Intuit's wide range of product management and design.

Blackbaud has reported net income rose to $12.5 million for the third quarter ended September 30, an increase of 40.4 percent from $8.9 million a year earlier. The nonprofit software vendor said revenue for the quarter reached $195.5 million, an increase of 6.8 percent from $183.1 million in last year's corresponding period.
