The American Institute of CPAs has presented final details on the next version of the Uniform CPA Examination that will be launched a year from now. The AICPA says the latest edition of the exam is based on an extensive practice analysis by the AICPA's Board of Examiners.

Sage has attacked low-cost software competitor, Xero, for alleged poor user support. Sage, which is being challenged in its home in the United Kingdom by Xero, came out with this message: "Tired of Xero Support? We can help" and is pointing users of the cloud-based Xero  to web-based Sage Live.
