			  	Cost is a persistent mis-perception about cloud computing.  Is the cloud more or less expensive? Just as would-be users fear limited functionality, perceived security vulnerabilities, or even have a basic fear of the unknown, some people believe that software as a service costs more than buying and running a server in-house.
