Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting has introduced CCH Axcess with QuickStart. The latest version of the suite is designed to reduce implementation side for smaller firms.
The QuickStart version is aimed at firms with four and fewer users, according to Jim McGinnis, the EVP who manages the professional market of WK Tax & Accounting in the Unted States. Although many firms of this size are tax specialists, this is a complete version of the Axcess suite.
“What we heard from our customers is they don’t need all the bells and whistles and complexity, McGinnis, said this week.
Implementation is highly variably, but,” In larger firms, it can take hours and days,” McGinnis said. With QuickStart, “They can be up and running almost immediately.” There is self-service setup while hours of training have been collapsed into self-paced training.
