Taxaroo has added integrated chat, texting and video calls to its practice management software suite. The system now also has bult-in Spanish language workflows.

  Among other features introduced this month are automated follow ups that send out client emails based on the user’s preferences, tools for importing and exporting to tax software, and a mapped portal drive for storing, sharing and managing client files in dedicated drive account,

Additionally, tax returns can be printed from tax preparation software and other programs into the Taxarooclient document storage portal.

Taxaroo can now also be used to build referral programs.
