Intuit has launched Trada by QuickBooks, a market-place were small businesses can buy and sell wholesale goods. The platform is designed for retailers in the United States and Australia.

H&R Block is looking at ways to trim space in retail operations. During its recent webcast for earnings for the year ended June 30, CEO Jeff Jones said the company is looking at new models to adapt to the use of virtual tools.

AuditClub, based in Orange County, Calif., has launched what it calls an auditors-as-a-service model. Services are delivered through a membership model.
