The application offers a new integrated toolbar, automatic folder structure, approval workflow, scanning and browsing options, and searchable electronic stick notes. The Standard Edition links documents to 30 QuickBooks transaction types including bills, invoices and purchase orders.

The Management Edition adds centralized management and visibility, along with rule- and role-based operation, and strong authentication.
