Accounting firm Wipfli has acquired Dynamics reseller Tidestone Solutions, whose markets include craft brewing. Terms were not disclosed. Tidestone has been a Dynamics reseller since it was founded in 1995 by president Sandra Wyman.

RSM has named Kevin Carpenter as the leader of security due diligence within the firm’s transaction advisory services practice. Carpenter is moving to the new role from the RSM's risk consulting practice.

The price for Blucora to acquire HK Financial Services has been slashed by 37.5 percent from the previously announced purchase price. Blucora said this month the agreement has been dropped to $100 million from $160 million based on current economic conditions.
