Sage is looking for someone to head its global market strategy for accountants and bookkeepers. The information was part of a LinkedIn post this week by Jennifer Warawa, the company's EVP of product marketing.

Nonprofit software vendor Blackbaud has acquired Attentive.ly, a company that enables organizations to conduct social listening. Charleston, S.C.-based Blackbaud plans to more deeply integrate Attentive.ly's capabilities into the next generation version of Luminate Online, which is a marketing tool. Terms were not disclosed.

TaxAct is seeking a new president following the announcement that the current job holder, JoAnn Kintzel, plans to leave the company. Kintzel will remain under a transition agreement until a successor is appointed. The company did not report that Kintzel had any immediate plans aftr leaving the company.
