BDO Adopts Flexible Work Plan

BDO has formally established a flexible work plan so that teams can determine where they will work.  The firm this month descried the plan as “approach that affords BDO
professionals the opportunity to reimagine how day-to-day work is accomplished”.

Teams will coordinate with leaders and clients where and how they work based on deliverables and responsibilities. BDO says this means the amount of time working at a BDO office, client site or remote locations “will vary from week to week, team to team and engagement to engagement.”

“This model will allow more discretion in managing personal and professional obligations and aspirations while still ensuring productivity, agility and connectivity,” Cathy Moy, chief people officer at BDO USA, said in a prepared statement.
