CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions has acquired Tax Tech, which serves the consumer finance market. Tax Tech is now called  CrossLink Tax Tech Solutions". Tax Tech president Stan Hutchison takes the title of president of CTTS.

Jim Mirabile, who led Thomson Reuters sales tax business for four years, has left the company. Mirabile, who departed in January, was global head of sales, tax information reporting solutions. 

Intuit has openings on the Intuit QuickBooks Accountant Council for positions starting in June.  The software company says applications are being accepted through April 29.
