Accounting firm Wiss has hired Alex Volpi to head its new Technology Advisory practice. Previously a senior consultant in the Technology Advisory of accounting firm CohnReznick, Volpi worked there from March 2019 until June this year.

Wolters Kluwer Tax & Accounting has debuted TeamMate+ Agile Audit. The recently introduced product utilize principles of agile software development in audit workflow.

The Internal Revenue Service has added the ability for families to update postal mailing addresses to the Child Tax Credit Update Portal. The IRS also plans to add other self-service features to the site this year.
