Accounting firm RubinBrown has purchased ERP consulting group Liberty Technology Advisors in a deal that is effective this week. Based in Chicago, Ill., Liberty’s operations are being combined into RubinBrown’s Business Advisory Services Group.
Terms were not disclosed.
Liberty was founded in October 195 and is managed by its president, Joel Schneider, who will become a partner in the accounting firm. The staff also includes six managers and one staff/operations resource.
Liberty provides ERP software selection, business process re-engineering, technology and IT security advisory services and ERP implementation support services
