CPA Jody Padar is launching a newsletter, The Radical CPA Newsletter. Padar says the them is that the email publication will be "chock full of everything Radical—articles, videos, tips, and strategies to help you revolutionize your firm." The concept stems from Padar's Book ""The Radical CPA: New Rules For The Future-Ready Firm".

New Zealand-based Xero says it now has 100,000 subscribers for its cloud based accounting software in the United Kingdom. In a prepared statement, CEO Rod Drury said this week the company had 30,000 subscribers in that country two years ago.

David Bergstein of Intuit’s Accounting and Advisory group, speaks with Bob Scott, executive editor, of The Progressive Accountant, about the group’s goal to assist accountants with firm growth and help clients become more profitable and efficient.
