Businesses that report cash payments of more thaN $10,000 must efile their reports starting January 1, the Internal Revenue Service said this week. This applies to those required to file at least 10 information returns other than Form 8300. 

 Five accounting firms, including two members of the Big 4, were named to the Microsoft Inner Circle for 2023. The firms selected by the software company are said to represent top 1 percent of its channel worldwide.

Intuit is investing in its full-service offering for TurboTax live. CEO Sasan Goodrzi said during a recent webcast for earnings for the year ended July 31. That came as the TurboTax Live offering showing 17-percent revenue growth year-over-year.
