FreshBooks has launched a redesigned iOS app to work with the iPhone and iPad. The company says the app "features a simpler, more intuitive interface, designed to encourage proactive billing habits, make it easier to stay on top of cash flow, and to help customers run their business three times faster."

The key features described include shortcuts to favorite tasks and action buttons front and center for creating invoices. Users can also preview photos of receipts, enter taxes and save receipts. In addition, FreshBooks says the new app enables users to track time, save hours worked and bill "in just a few taps."
