Intuit has decided to sell its Intuit's Websites business, an operation that includes Homestead Technologies which Intuit acquired in 2007. The Mountain View, Calif.-based company has entered into a definitive agreement with Endurance International Group which will purchase the business terms were not disclosed.

An Arizona tax rebel has received a nine-year prison sentence. The sentence given to Richard Kellogg Armstrong, 77, of Prescott, Ariz. and runs consecutively to a 660-day prison term imposed for 10 acts of contempt of court. He was also fined more than $1 million for the latter.
Sage has announced an affiliate program for Sage One its online low-cost accounting program. The program is designed to enlist accountants and resellers in marketing the product that was introduced in the United States in May.
