Xero says its AI bot, Just Ask Xero, will enter beta testing in August.
The software company, which previewed the business companion in February, describes JAX as ensuring the data fed to its Large Language Model, is used only for relevant tasks, such as quoting invoices.
Xero is offering companies the opportunity to show their interest in participating in the beta.
In addition, Xero introduced embedded generative AI-powered help content summaries inside the Xero platform; launched generated answers in Xero Central, its customer support and learning site, and rolled out ab AI-powered setup guide for those onboarding to Xero.
