ADP has named Kathleen Winters as CFO effective April 15.  She will replace Jan Siegmund, who will leave the position at that time. Siegmund said last June he would leave once a replacement was found.

ADP has launched what it calls its “first-ever 360-degree brand campaign”, under the title, “What Are You #WorkingFor?”. At the same time, this week it unveiled a new brand platform, “Always Designing for People.”

CrossLink Professional Tax Solutions has acquired Tax Tech, which serves the consumer finance market. Tax Tech is now called  CrossLink Tax Tech Solutions". Tax Tech president Stan Hutchison takes the title of president of CTTS.
