Jim Mirabile, who led Thomson Reuters sales tax business for four years, has left the company. Mirabile, who departed in January, was global head of sales, tax information reporting solutions. 

Intuit has openings on the Intuit QuickBooks Accountant Council for positions starting in June.  The software company says applications are being accepted through April 29.

Tax Professionals provided much of the profit for a smaller Thomson Reuters for the year ended December 31. The company this week reported financial results, which reflect the October spinoff of its Financial & Risk business as Refinitiv.
