The paper “How Small and Mid-Sized Entities Can Protect Themselves from a Cybersecurity Breach” helps these organizations develop an information security strategy that includes the application of preventive, detective, and reactive controls.

Bill.com has hired Miguel Lopez as SVP of customer success. In this position Lopez will oversee human support and customer service technology.

Five new members of the board of directors have been elected this month by Liberty Tax. The new faces signal the takeover of the tax services company by Vintage Tributum, an affiliate of Vintage Capital Management, which purchased the controlling Liberty shares of founder and former CEO John Hewitt.
