Sage Getting French North American CEO

As Sage reported North American revenue had dropped for the year ended September 30, it also said that Sue Swenson, CEO of the largest unit in Sage's organization, will retire next year from the position she has held since March 2008 to be replaced by the current CEO of Sage France. That's following Guy Berruyer, another Frenchman, having become chief executive of the British parent Sage Group in October.
CBIZ Hikes CFO's Severance Terms

CBiz has approved a substantial hike in severance pay for CFO Ware H. Grove if he is terminated for any reason other than cause and if he were to voluntarily leave his job in the event of a change of control. The new agreement increases severance pay and benefits with the severance worth about $832,000.

Enhancements to XCM 8.0, a workflow software application, have given users greater flexibility in designing and saving customized report templates in XCM Reports. Also new is Auto-Rollver which can automatically roll forward completed tasks, such as tax returns done each year for client.
