Joe Harpaz, whose company brought web-based document management software to the accounting marketing, has left Thomson Reuters after 13 years. Harpaz has become COO and president of Modernizing Medicine. 

Xero says CFO Sankar Narayan will leave the New Zealand-based company in December. He will be replaced on October 1 by chief accounting officer, Kirsty Godfrey-Billy.

Ed Flynn, who headed ADP’s sales efforts from 2011 through 2017, is retiring. The company said during its recent Investors Day that Flynn’s plans led it to change jobs of a number of executives. The position of president of global enterprise solutions, Flynn’s most recent title, will not be filled. Flynn had worked for ADP since September 1988.

Krista Endsley, who headed Sage’s former nonprofit software business and later Abila, has become president of Cantata Health. Based in Hauppauge, N.Y. Cantata  also hired Jonathan Isaacs as CEO at the same time Endsley joined.
