David Little has been named as a partner in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa, office of CliftonLarsonAllen. Little, who was recently transferred from the Minneapolis office, has been with the firm since 2000.

The season for electronic return originators to sign up for bank products is here. And it's the first year without the availability of Refund Anticipation Loans, which have been driven from the market by federal regulators. But while RALs have gone, the need for bank products has not.

ParenteBeard has named John Reynolds, based in the firm's  Wilkes-Barre, Pa., office, as a principal in its audit and accounting practice. Reynolds, who was previously a senior manager, has been with the firm for more than 17 years.

Dana Smith, who provides expert witness services in intellectual property and complex commercial disputes, has joined EisnerAmper as a partner in the firm's Litigation Services practice. Her forensic accounting experience also includes assisting clients in post-acquisition disputes, fraud investigations, insurance claims and in performing contract compliance examinations.
